Tuition
Seasonal tuition (September–April) is paid in full or in 8 equal monthly installments. Tuition includes the Holidazzle performance, optional participation in “Dancing With My Guy,” community events, extra rehearsals, and additional learning opportunities. Tuition is not based on the number of classes provided in a month. Costumes and transportation are not included.
Spring Showcase: May 1–2, 2027. Showcase rehearsals: April 27–30, 2027.
Payment Options
Full Season – 10% discount, paid in one payment. Cathedral Scrip is not accepted. Email Connie@sterlingsilverstudio.com to pay in full.
Monthly AutoPay – processed with the account on file on the 1st of the month. A $15 late fee is added to any account 10 days overdue, and a late fee is applied for each month overdue.
Accounts more than 60 days overdue may be sent to collections.
NSF Payments
Returned checks and bounced NSF payments are charged a $35 fee per occurrence.
Withdrawal
One-month notice is required. Withdrawal must be done in person at the studio office within the first 7 days of the month. AutoPay stops after the notice period. Tuition continues until formal withdrawal is completed.
Costumes
Costumes are required for all performance classes; technique and fitness classes do not perform. Costumes are ordered individually by parents online through Sterling Silver Studio. Ordering information is provided in October.
Dress Code
Dancewear is required. No jewelry. Hair must be secured back. Please see the dress code for your performance track.

Consistent attendance is essential to each student’s success and confidence. No tuition credit is given for missed classes.
To report an absence in the Parent Portal: Info > Attendance Report > Absence.
Missed Private Lessons and Make-up Private Lessons
No make-up private lessons will be given for missed private lessons unless the absence is due to serious illness and notice has been given to the studio office. If your student is unable to attend a scheduled private lesson, you must contact the coach 24 hours prior to the lesson to reschedule. If less than 24 hours prior (illness, emergency, etc.), rescheduling is at the discretion of the coach. If my student is a no-show for a scheduled private lesson, that lesson is forfeited and will not be refunded.
Weather & Unexpected Closures
Closure notices are sent via email, the BAND group, the Studio Pro app, and Facebook.
Substitute Teachers
The studio may provide substitute teachers. If a class is missed and no substitute is available, we will offer a make-up class option.
Parent Communication Responsibilities
Stay informed about studio dates, events, and closures. Information is shared via email, lobby notices, newsletters, and the Parent Portal in the Studio Pro app. Please update the studio with any contact changes.
Ethics
Maintain a positive, respectful environment. No gossip, rumors, or negative social media behavior.
Parent & Teacher Communication
Join the BAND group – details are in your welcome packet. Direct questions to instructors or the studio directors. Avoid relying on other parents for class or team information; what applies to one student doesn’t always apply to yours.
Student Drop Off & Pick Up
Parents are responsible for timely and safe drop-off and pick-up.
Insurance
Students must be covered by family insurance. Please notify the studio in writing of any medical limitations.
Photo Release
We want to celebrate every student and their work, performances, and awards. You can opt out of public photos in your student’s account in the online Parent Portal. If you do not want your child photographed, please stay with them at events.
